The National Sea Grant Advisory Board, a Federal Advisory Committee, is pleased to release its 2014 State of Sea Grant: Impacts, Challenges, and Opportunities.
Every two years, the National Sea Grant Advisory Board reviews the National Sea Grant College Program in its entirety and reports their findings and recommendations to Congress as required by the National Sea Grant College Program Amendments Act of 2008 (Public Law No: 110-394).
