Video Highlights Oregon Sea Grant’s Commitment to Sustainable Seafood

Ruby Moon, an Oregon Sea Grant Extension Agent, has been highlighted in Oregon State University’s Beaver Nation project. The project documents individuals affiliated with the university in Oregon, the US, and the world. In her video, Moon discusses her upbringing in a fishing family and gives tips for visitors interested in buying directly from fishermen at the docks of Newport.
