Collaborative Network Building

Oregon Sea Grant

Oregon Sea Grant has the ability to train others in ways to build collaborative capacity in their local and regional communities. We maintain a number of strategic relationships with federal and state agencies, local counties and municipalities, university researchers, and non-profit organizations. We are planning a workshop for December that will bring together a network of coastal resilience researchers and practitioners to begin developing a broader statewide collaborative network of those interested in and working on coastal resilience issues. We also maintain a relationship with the Pacific Northwest Regional Integrated Sciences and Assessments (RISA) as well as the Oregon Climate Change Research Institute (OCCRI).
