Graduate Education: Maine students tell their Sea Grant stories

Maine Sea Grant education and professional training programs help recruit and retain a workforce skilled in disciplines critical to the ecological health, economic vitality, and resilience of Maine’s coastal communities and ocean resources. Our research and program development funding criteria favor meaningful involvement of students, and our education, extension, and citizen science programs engage stakeholders of all ages in research and stewardship. Other opportunities for students include graduate student fellowships, undergraduate scholarships in marine science, and professional internships and volunteering.
