On April 1, the Department of Commerce will award Penn State University with Sea Grant College status, the highest status that the National Sea Grant College Program provides. This award is based on the success of Pennsylvania Sea Grant.
Artificial homes will aid lake fish populations
Working with Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission and local anglers, Pennsylvania Sea Grant involves high school students from Central Career and Technical School in building structures to improve fish habitat in Lake Erie.
