Lacy Alison, MS
Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Region Federal Program Officer and National Water Resources Lead

Lacy Alison serves as the mid-Atlantic and Southeast Region Federal Program Officer and National Water Resources Lead for the NOAA National Sea Grant College Program in Silver Spring, Maryland. She has nearly 20 years of experience in government and nonprofit work benefiting habitats and economies of coastal communities through science, creative partnerships, and grants.
Lacy holds a Master’s degree in Natural Resources Management from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology from Colorado State University. In her spare time, you can find her scouting out her next travel adventure with her family or playing with her two wild and energetic rescue mutts.
