National Sea Grant College Program Seeks Input on its 2024-2027 Strategic Plan

The National Sea Grant College Program is currently developing its strategic plan for 2024-27. Previous plans as well as the current one can be downloaded from the Sea Grant website. In order to inform its 2024-27 strategic plan, Sea Grant is hosting a series of listening sessions, many of which will focus on a different goal from the current strategic plan. There will also be several listening sessions to hear input on the plan overall. A virtual comment card is also available to share your ideas.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) National Sea Grant College Program (Sea Grant) is pleased to announce the finalists for the 2024 class of the John A. Knauss Marine Policy Fellowship program. Sea Grant announces funding opportunities to support community-engaged marine debris removal and prevention

Sea Grant announces $19 million in federal funding opportunities to address the prevention and removal of marine debris. These opportunities are a component of nearly $3 billion in targeted investments for NOAA in the areas of habitat restoration, coastal resilience and weather forecasting infrastructure through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
