Donna Brown
Donna serves as the Project Administrator to the National Sea Grant College Program Director as well as support staff for the National Sea Grant Advisory Board. Prior to joining NOAA, Donna worked as a Legal Assistant for several large law firms within the Washington, DC area.

Donna also served as the Special Assistant to the Chairman and CEO at XM Satellite Radio for over 7 years. She joined the NOAA team in 2008 working as the Special Assistant to the Deputy Assistant Administrator for NOAA’s Oceanic and Atmospheric Research line office.
