Jennifer Stokes holds the role of Financial Analyst in the NOAA Sea Grant program. With a varied background in Federal service spanning over a decade, she brings expertise in Finance, Tax Compliance, Procurement, and Customer Service.
She is committed to personal and professional growth and aims to share best practices and work as a team. Beyond the professional realm, Jennifer finds joy in creative and artistic pursuits and is currently studying electrical engineering.
Excited to contribute her various acquired skills to Sea Grant, she aims to play a vital role in achieving the agency’s mission and looks forward to utilizing her skills to make a significant impact.
