Since 2010, members of the Advisory Board, Sea Grant Directors, and staff from the National Office have been attempting to address the basis for allocating funds across the Sea Grant Network. In doing so, they have been remarkably constructive, innovative, collaborative, and open in their deliberations and have benefited from input from across the Network. Their recommendations have been considered, discussed, modified, and discussed again.
